The League of Private Property Voters (LPPV) is a non-profit, informational association first organized in 1990. LPPV has developed and publishes the Private Property Congressional Vote Index, a Congressional scorecard designed to let the public know how each Congressman and Senator voted on important land-use issues. The Vote Index is co-sponsored by over 600 land use groups across the country. Over half a million copies of the 1995-96 Vote Index were distributed.
