Chairman Richard Pombo (R-CA) announced:

The Committee on Resources will hold an oversight field hearing on "Examining the Impacts of the Endangered Species Act on Southern New Mexico."  

Location:  The oversight hearing will be held on Monday, June 7th, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at Pecos River Village, Carousel Building, 701 Muscatel Avenue in Carlsbad, New Mexico.  Witnesses are by invitation only.
