The meeting will provide an opportunity to look beyond the November elections to what lies ahead as we strive to make the ESA work better. We have invited key policymakers to share their insight and views on the post-election landscape and their perspectives looking ahead to the 109th Congress. House Resources Committee Chairman Richard Pombo (R-CA) has already agreed to participate, and others leaders working to improve the ESA are also expected join us. As a fellow supporter of improvements to the ESA, we are pleased to extend to you an invitation to attend. The meeting will be held at the offices of the American Farm Bureau Federation, located at 600 Maryland Avenue, SW, Suite 800, Washington DC. The program of Congressional speakers and ESA panels will begin at 2:00 p.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m. Additionally, you are invited to attend a reception that evening from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Capitol Hill Club, 300 First Street, SE, Washington, DC, with NESARC members and others who have been supporters of our efforts.
